Before you begin

  • Access to the appropriate authenticated workspace through My Batoi
  • Authority for the records, action, or decision involved

Choose the correct organization support workflow before opening or updating a request.

Start with the organization

Support tickets in My Batoi belong to customer organizations, not to a personal account. Open My Organizations, confirm the organization that owns the affected product, workspace, order, invoice, or service, and review the permissions available to your account.

Choose the right support task

Prepare safe evidence

Identify the expected result, actual result, affected organization, product or service, timing, impact, and troubleshooting already completed. Attach only authorized evidence. Never include passwords, one-time codes, secret keys, access tokens, or unrelated customer records.

Avoid duplicate requests

Add new context to an existing ticket when it concerns the same issue. Open a separate ticket only when the scope or requested outcome is materially different.

Completion check

  • The correct organization owns the ticket.
  • The chosen support task matches the current situation.
  • The request or response contains sufficient authorized context.
  • The next action is clear to the requester and support team.
Expected result: You enter the correct organization support workflow with a clear, safe, and non-duplicative request.
