Complete the workflow

  1. Confirm the workspace and responsibility. Enter the authorized workspace through My Batoi. Confirm the workspace name, your current role, the record or review period, and the person accountable for the result.
  2. Open the current product area. Open Clinic and review the dashboard for provider capacity, appointments, encounters, pending operational work, and exceptions.
  3. Check prerequisites and source records. Make sure the required capability, connection, status, relationship, approval, and safe information boundary are ready. Search before creating a new record.
  4. Perform the task. Move to the appropriate provider, visit type, appointment, encounter, laboratory, prescription, or billing workflow and complete only the authorized task.
  5. Review the result. Check patient matching, consent and relationship access, provider and visit type, schedule, encounter ownership, pending orders, billing, and follow-up.
  6. Verify and retain the outcome. The aggregate dashboard and authorized operational queues agree and no patient-specific task is left without an accountable owner. Record every exception and follow-up with an owner and review date.

  • The workspace, role, record, period, and Industry Pack still match the intended scope.
