Complete the workflow

  1. Confirm the workspace and responsibility. Enter the authorized workspace through My Batoi. Confirm the workspace name, your current role, the record or review period, and the person accountable for the result.
  2. Open the current product area. Open Restaurant and Reports. Select the intended period, service context, location or table scope where applicable, and decision audience.
  3. Check prerequisites and source records. Make sure the required capability, connection, status, relationship, approval, and safe information boundary are ready. Search before creating a new record.
  4. Perform the task. Review reservation outcomes, service-period volume, daily reservation and completion trends, table-level counts, no-shows, and the supporting reservation records.
  5. Review the result. Check definitions, period, data completeness, unusual events, denominator, comparison basis, privacy, and the owner of each improvement action.
  6. Verify and retain the outcome. The reviewed measures are traceable to service records and every agreed action has an accountable owner and review date. Record every exception and follow-up with an owner and review date.

Verify the result

  • The workspace, role, record, period, and Industry Pack still match the intended scope.
  • The service review identifies supported patterns, exceptions, owners, and improvements for the next period.
  • The visible status, source evidence, owner, exception, and next action agree with the completed work.
  • An authorized reviewer can understand the result without relying on hidden assumptions or information outside Flex.
