Provider and visit-type configuration defines who can be scheduled, for what service, and under which operational rules.

Complete the workflow

  1. Confirm the workspace and responsibility. Enter the authorized workspace through My Batoi. Confirm the workspace name, your current role, the record or review period, and the person accountable for the result.
  2. Open the current product area. Open Clinic and choose Providers or Visit Types. Confirm the authorized administrator, service model, scheduling need, and launch date.
  3. Check prerequisites and source records. Make sure the required capability, connection, status, relationship, approval, and safe information boundary are ready. Search before creating a new record.
  4. Perform the task. Prepare the provider profile and availability, define visit type name, duration, status, and approved commercial or scheduling rules, then activate after review.
  5. Review the result. Check provider identity and role, availability, visit duration, capacity, conflicts, status, price or billing linkage, permissions, and booking behavior.
  6. Verify and retain the outcome. An authorized test can select the intended provider and visit type at a valid time without exposing unrelated information. Record every exception and follow-up with an owner and review date.

Verify the result

  • The workspace, role, record, period, and Industry Pack still match the intended scope.
  • Appointment workflows use current provider, service, location, and availability information.
  • The visible status, source evidence, owner, exception, and next action agree with the completed work.
  • An authorized reviewer can understand the result without relying on hidden assumptions or information outside Flex.
