Appointments and encounters must remain tied to verified identity, authorized access, provider context, and safe closure.

Complete the workflow

  1. Confirm the workspace and responsibility. Enter the authorized workspace through My Batoi. Confirm the workspace name, your current role, the record or review period, and the person accountable for the result.
  2. Open the current product area. Open Clinic and choose Appointments. Verify the patient through the authorized identity process before selecting visit type, provider, date, or time.
  3. Check prerequisites and source records. Make sure the required capability, connection, status, relationship, approval, and safe information boundary are ready. Search before creating a new record.
  4. Perform the task. Create or update the appointment, record arrival through the supported check-in flow, open the authorized encounter, and complete the required operational closure.
  5. Review the result. Check identity, relationship access, consent, appointment status, provider, timing, encounter ownership, required orders, billing, follow-up, and amendments.
  6. Verify and retain the outcome. The appointment and encounter states agree and every clinical or operational follow-up is assigned to an authorized person. Record every exception and follow-up with an owner and review date.

Verify the result

  • The workspace, role, record, period, and Industry Pack still match the intended scope.
  • The administrative care journey is connected and visible only to authorized people.
  • The visible status, source evidence, owner, exception, and next action agree with the completed work.
  • An authorized reviewer can understand the result without relying on hidden assumptions or information outside Flex.
