- Perform the task. Select the review period and summarize material obligations, risks, exceptions, approvals, assessments, evidence gaps, and overdue actions.
- Review the result. Check that the briefing distinguishes facts from interpretation and gives every requested decision or action an owner and due date.
- Verify and record the outcome. Compare the final state with the completion checks below, retain permitted evidence, and assign an owner for any exception or follow-up.
