  3. Perform the task. Select the approved repository, least-privilege connection, default branch, scan scope, exclusions, application context, and owner.
  4. Review the result. Verify repository and branch identity, connection health, refresh or webhook state, exclusions, initial scan, and accountable ownership.
  5. Verify and record the outcome. Compare the final state with the completion checks below, retain permitted evidence, and assign an owner for any exception or follow-up.
