Before you begin

  • Access to the appropriate authenticated workspace through My Batoi
  • Authority for the records, action, or decision involved

Recognize what workspace access permits and request a controlled change when necessary.

Prepare the task

Open My Batoi, enter the intended workspace, and confirm the intended task, affected records, and minimum authority required. Use only information and authority appropriate to this purpose.

Complete the workflow

  1. Confirm scope. Identify the intended outcome, accountable owner, affected records, and completion condition.
  2. Check access and context. Make sure the workspace, product context, dates, people, and source records are correct.
  3. Perform the task. Compare the task with the actions available to the current role and avoid using another user's access.
  4. Review the result. Check read, create, change, approve, export, and administrative boundaries.
  5. Close or escalate. Record the outcome and owner for any exception. If the task cannot be completed safely, stop and use My Batoi for authenticated support.

Completion check

  • The intended workspace and record scope are still correct.
  • Required decisions, evidence, and exceptions identify an accountable person.
  • No credential, unnecessary personal information, or unauthorized document has been added or shared.
  • The resulting status and next action are clear to permitted collaborators.
Expected result: The user understands the current permission boundary and has requested only the access required.
