- Perform the task. Review the previous result and criterion-level feedback, identify the weakest area, and decide what must change in the next attempt.
- Review the result. Start the permitted retry, submit improved work, compare the new result, and record the learning reflection or next practice action.
- Verify and record the outcome. Compare the final state with the completion checks below, retain permitted evidence, and assign an owner for any exception or follow-up.
