- Perform the task. Review completed activities, submitted evidence, assessment outcomes, mapped competencies, progress, and any gaps or reviewer notes.
- Review the result. Confirm that the portfolio evidence supports the claimed mastery and select the next lab, retry, reflection, or workplace application.
- Verify and record the outcome. Compare the final state with the completion checks below, retain permitted evidence, and assign an owner for any exception or follow-up.
