The Restaurant dashboard provides a service overview and direct entry to Host Stand, reservations, waitlist, tables, and reports.

Complete the workflow

  1. Confirm the workspace and responsibility. Enter the authorized workspace through My Batoi. Confirm the workspace name, your current role, the record or review period, and the person accountable for the result.
  2. Open the current product area. Open Restaurant and review the dashboard before service. Confirm table readiness, upcoming reservations, waitlist pressure, and current exceptions.
  3. Check prerequisites and source records. Make sure the required capability, connection, status, relationship, approval, and safe information boundary are ready. Search before creating a new record.
  4. Perform the task. Use Host Stand, Reservations, Waitlist, Floor Planner, or Tables to coordinate arrival, seating, table state, service handoff, and reservation completion.
  5. Review the result. Check party size, timing, table capacity and state, waitlist fairness, accessibility needs, no-shows, service handoff, and unresolved exceptions.
  6. Verify and retain the outcome. Reservation, waitlist, party, and table states agree with the actual dining-room position and every exception has an owner. Record every exception and follow-up with an owner and review date.

Verify the result

  • The workspace, role, record, period, and Industry Pack still match the intended scope.
  • A coordinated service period with visible reservations, guest flow, table status, exceptions, and operating insight.
  • The visible status, source evidence, owner, exception, and next action agree with the completed work.
  • An authorized reviewer can understand the result without relying on hidden assumptions or information outside Flex.
