Challenge

A restaurant chain wanted its public website and kitchen workflow to operate as one service. The business needed easier content updates, online payment support, and a faster way for the kitchen team to manage incoming work and supply-chain activity.

Approach

Batoi delivered a connected solution with three core parts:

  • a content-management workflow for the public website;
  • an online payment gateway for customer transactions; and
  • a custom kitchen-management workflow built with Batoi Build.

The custom delivery foundation aligns with today’s Batoi Platform. The recurring restaurant operations align with the current Batoi Flex Restaurant Industry Pack; this does not imply that the present-day pack was used in the original engagement.

Outcome

  • Website content became easier to maintain.
  • Customers gained a supported cashless transaction path.
  • Kitchen teams handled operational steps through a faster, connected workflow.
  • The restaurant reported receiving more orders after the revised experience was introduced.
