An Indian IT and electronics event organizer needed a digital environment where a large and varied participant community could discover relevant organizations, schedule meetings, join programs, and continue useful business conversations.
The operating team also needed one way to manage participant profiles, meeting schedules, program activity, and controlled access without relying on scattered tools and email threads.
Approach
Batoi Flex became the connected operating workspace for the event. The configured experience brought together:

Flex operated the recurring event workflow, while the extension and integration work aligns with the Build and Integrations responsibilities of today’s Batoi Platform.
