Complete the workflow

  1. Confirm the workspace and responsibility. Enter the authorized workspace through My Batoi. Confirm the workspace name, your current role, the record or review period, and the person accountable for the result.
  2. Open the current product area. Open Reports and choose Compliance Pack. Confirm the framework, review period, workspace scope, and export purpose before generating anything.
  3. Check prerequisites and source records. Make sure the required capability, connection, status, relationship, approval, and safe information boundary are ready. Search before creating a new record.
  4. Perform the task. Select only the required evidence categories, run the pack for the approved period, and wait for the generated artifact to reach a completed state.
  5. Review the result. Check coverage, generation time, unresolved exceptions, access classification, and whether the output answers the authorized audit or security question.
  6. Verify and retain the outcome. The artifact appears in the governed download register with the expected scope, period, owner, and completion state. Record every exception and follow-up with an owner and review date.

Safety and governance

Protect restricted information. Treat evidence exports as restricted records. Share them only with authorized reviewers and retain them under the workspace evidence policy. Use permission-controlled Flex records and the minimum information required for the task.

Do not copy authenticated page addresses, record identifiers, connection details, browser notifications, account information, or unrelated workspace content into public documentation or external communication.
