Reduced Manual Recruitment Data Work by About 40% for an Indian Public-Sector Organization

Challenge

A public-sector recruitment application had to process large transaction volumes without failing during peak applicant activity. Information arrived through a third-party bulk-upload channel and through internal teams adding and reviewing supporting metadata.

The existing process created a data-handling bottleneck and required too much manual validation, while executive teams needed a clearer way to monitor the recruitment workflow.

Approach

Batoi Build was used to deliver and operate a recruitment workflow aligned with today’s Batoi Platform. The implementation combined:

  • bulk data intake for the external service provider;
  • an internal interface for data management and review;
  • rule-based validation for repeatable checks;
  • an applicant-facing channel for downloading examination documents; and
  • role-specific dashboards and spreadsheet-ready reports for review and audit.

The application was hosted on infrastructure configured to accommodate periods of unusually high demand.

Outcome

  • The application remained available during high-volume document downloads in the documented operating period.
  • The revised data-integration and validation workflow reduced manual effort by about 40% for this engagement.
  • Operational and executive teams gained a shared view of recruitment progress and exceptions.
