Challenge
MassChallenge described a collaboration between MassMutual and BCube Analytics focused on simplifying the manual review and certification of product-disclosure documents administered in a third-party system. The process required extensive subject-matter review, manual aggregation, processing, and repeated updates to the original system.
Approach
BCube Analytics adapted its RegStacker solution for the identified workflow. As reported by MassChallenge, the solution included:
- collaboration across participating firms;
- flexible workflows;
- integrated content infrastructure;
- interoperability with third-party systems through APIs; and
- an integrated regulatory-content library.
MassChallenge also reported that features of the Batoi RAD platform helped the BCube team introduce customized and configured solutions swiftly within a strategically identified area of MassMutual’s environment. Batoi RAD is now available within Batoi Build.
Outcome
- MassChallenge characterized the collaboration as successful and reported that it met the project objectives.
- The work demonstrated how a configurable solution could address a defined document-review challenge within part of a large insurance organization.
- The collaboration established a basis for continued discussion between the participating organizations.
