A European real-estate organization needed agents to upload property information through one interface even when the source formats differed. Data arrived from relational databases, spreadsheets, and XML files, and some XML sources used encrypted structures.
The new utility also had to work with the organization’s existing subscriber sessions and portal access rules.
Approach
Batoi delivered a data-ingestion application aligned with today’s Batoi Platform. The solution:
- used dedicated spreadsheet and XML parsers;
- supported relational data sources through a shared access layer;
- handled encrypted XML extraction and localization requirements; and
- integrated with existing subscriber verification and session context.
Outcome
The customer moved diverse property feeds into a more consistent workflow with clearer backup, recovery, storage, and validation practices. The documented engagement reduced data-management costs by about 70% while improving the speed and consistency of property-data handling.
