Challenge

A wholesale and retail company operated an online storefront without connected inventory management or a practical content-management workflow. Recurring payment issues affected the buying experience, and financial information in desktop QuickBooks remained separate from online activity.

Approach

Batoi delivered an integrated commerce and operations workflow:

  • content management for routine storefront updates;
  • workflow management for internal operating steps;
  • ePOS and inventory connections for stock visibility;
  • a revised payment-gateway integration; and
  • QuickBooks synchronization for agreed financial data.

The integration and extension work aligns with Batoi Platform, while the recurring retail operating model aligns with today’s Batoi Flex Retail Industry Pack.

Outcome

  • Content updates became more direct and repeatable.
  • Inventory information was more accurate and useful for operating decisions.
  • Payment and accounting connections reduced breaks between online sales and back-office work.
  • The customer reported increased website traffic after the revised experience was introduced.
