- Perform the task. Record the source requirement, applicability, obligation statement, affected scope, accountable owner, due date, evidence, and exceptions.
- Review the result. Check traceability to the source, practical wording, ownership, evidence sufficiency, dependencies, and the next review date.
- Verify and record the outcome. Compare the final state with the completion checks below, retain permitted evidence, and assign an owner for any exception or follow-up.
