Purpose and Scope
This AUP applies to all:

General Principles of Use
All users agree to:
Use Batoi services lawfully and responsibly.
Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems.
Respect intellectual property, privacy, and data rights.
Follow the privacy, data-protection, technology, consumer, and other laws that apply to the user and activity.
Cooperate during investigations of potential abuse or security incidents.
Prohibited Actions
To maintain trust and compliance, users must not:
- Attempting to breach, scan, or exploit Batoi systems.
- Circumventing authentication or encryption controls.
- Injecting malware, launching DDoS, or using compromised credentials.
- Accessing data or accounts without explicit authorization.
- Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Share confidential or personally identifiable information without consent.
- Store or transmit data that violates privacy regulations.
- Use Batoi systems to collect data without legitimate purpose or notice.
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute proprietary software.
- Remove branding, copyright, or license notices.
- Use Batoi trademarks or assets except as permitted by the Intellectual Property Policy, an applicable licence, or written authorization.
- Use excessive bandwidth or system resources that disrupt others
- Create deceptive accounts or automate actions outside an authorized API, integration, test, or other approved workflow.
- Use Batoi services for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
- Deploy mining, scraping, or bulk automation scripts without express authorization or contrary to published interface terms.
Depending on severity, urgency, applicable law, and the controlling agreement, violations may result in content restriction, investigation, account suspension, termination, or legal action.
Developer and Partner Responsibilities
Developers and partners integrating with Batoi APIs or Batoi Exchange must:
- Adhere to published API rate limits and security protocols.
- Obtain end-user consent for data processing and sharing.
- Publish transparent privacy and usage disclosures.
- Avoid embedding unverified third-party code or dependencies
- Maintain regular vulnerability assessments of extensions or connectors.
Partners must meet the review, assurance, and continuing program requirements applicable to their level and activities.
Prohibited Content
You may not use Batoi services to host, share, or promote content that:
- Violates any applicable law.
- Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
- Contains sexually explicit, obscene, or offensive material.
- Infringes upon others’ intellectual property rights.
- Spreads misinformation or security threats.
Batoi reserves the right to remove or block such content without notice.
Security and Incident Reporting
If you identify a vulnerability, misuse, or security risk:
Report it immediately to security@batoi.com.
Do not publicly disclose the issue before resolution.
Cooperate with the Batoi Security Response Team during investigation.
Batoi triages good-faith reports through its applicable security-response and coordinated-disclosure process. Submission does not create a bounty, reward, safe-harbour, or public-credit entitlement unless Batoi has separately published one.
Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in:
Temporary or permanent account suspension.
Restriction of access to specific services.
Legal or regulatory reporting.
Partner de-certification under the Batoi Partner Program.
Serious violations (e.g., security breaches, data theft) may lead to civil or criminal proceedings under applicable law.
Updates to the Policy
Batoi may modify this AUP periodically. All changes will be published on this page with the updated date. For significant revisions, users will be notified through registered email or service notifications.
