New Delhi, 21 November 2025 – Batoi formalised a new international collaboration today by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with INNONET, a South Korean company visiting India as part of a business delegation. The one-to-one meeting in New Delhi focused on creating pathways for cooperation in technology development, innovation, and cross-border business expansion.
