Manage Your Members as a Tenant

Click the Members menu from the dashboard, as shown in Figure 1 above, and the members list page will open. If you have selected the option Individual in the General Settings, the individual-wise list page will come up, as shown in Figure 2 below.

Individual-wise List Page
All the verified members added to the bridge will be listed in a tabular format. All the visible members per page will be sorted by ‘Match Category’, ‘Name’, ‘Email’, and ‘Mobile No’ by clicking the Sort Icon available on the table header, as shown in Figure 2 above.
Click on the checkbox associated with each member row, and the Remove from the Space button will be visible, as shown in Figure 3 below. Click the Remove from the Space button after selecting the members from the list, and those members will be removed from the space. To select all the members, click the checkbox available on the header row, as shown in Figure 3 below.

Pending Verification
Click on the Pending Verification button available at the top right of the member list page, as shown in Figure 3 above, and you will be redirected to the pending verification list page, as shown in Figure 4 below.

Click on the checkbox associated with each member row, and the Resend Verification Email button will be visible, as shown in Figure 5 below. Click the Resend Verification Email button after selecting the members from the list, and the verification email will be sent to those members. To select all the members, click the checkbox available on the header row, as shown in Figure 5 below.

Add Individual Member
Click on the Add Member button at the top right of the member list page, as shown in Figure 2 above, and you will be redirected to the add member page, as shown in Figure 6 below.

To add a new member, enter the details below and click the Submit button, as shown in Figure 6 above.
- Name (Textbox - Mandatory): Name of the Member
- Email (Textbox - Mandatory): Email ID of the Member
- Mobile No (Textbox - Mandatory): Mobile number of the Member
- Match Category (Dropdown menu - Mandatory): Select the category from the available options. The categories can be added from the match category in the settings section
- Program (Dropdown menu - Optional): Select the program from the available options
To add multiple members at a time, click the + Add More link, which will open a new member addition field. Once you have added all the members, click the Submit button, as shown in Figure 6 above.
Download Member Profile
To download all the member’s profiles in a PDF format, click on the Download Member Profile button at the top right of the member list page, as shown in Figure 2 above, and a popup window will open with the profile details of all the members so that you can print them using a printer command or save the file in PDF format for later use, as shown in Figure 7 below.

View Member Profile
Click on the View icon associated with each member, as shown in Figure 2 above, and the View Member profile page will open, as shown in Figure 8 below.

On the left side of the profile screen, the basic details of the member will be displayed, like Photo, Name, Organisation Name, Tagline text, Contact, Social Media Handle details, Offers, and Interests.
On the right side of the profile screen, the Availability, About, and Product & Services are displayed.
The availability buttons are defined in three colours:
- Green: Available Slots
- Yellow: Booked Slots
- Grey: Inactive Slots
View Product & Service Detail
Click on any Product Title, as shown in Figure 8 above, and the detail page of that product & service page will open, as shown in Figure 9 below.

Edit Profile
Click on the Edit Profile button available on the top right side of the screen, as shown in Figure 8 above, and the Edit Member profile page will open, as shown in Figure 10 below.

You can edit the details below and click the Submit button to update the member profile, as shown in Figure 10 above. The details that can be updated are:
- Name (Textbox - Readonly Field): Name of the Member
- Email (Textbox - Readonly Field): Email ID of the Member
- Mobile (Textbox - Mandatory): Mobile number of the Member
- Designation (Textbox - Optional): Designation of the Member
- Organization (Textbox - Mandatory): Name of the Organisation of the Member
- Display Organization (Radio Button - Mandatory): Select if you want to display the organization name of the member in the public profile page or not (If selected Yes, then the organization name will come first, and the contact name will come below that)
- Tagline (Textbox - Mandatory): Tagline to describe you
- Offers (Multi-select - Mandatory): Select the category of service you offer from the options available
- Interest (Multi-select - Mandatory): Select the category of service you are looking for from the options available
- Social Media Handles
- Description (Textarea - Optional): Write about you or your organisation
Click on the Remove from the Program button available at the bottom of the screen, as shown in Figure 10 above, to remove the member from the program.
Click on the Remove from the Space button available at the bottom of the screen, as shown in Figure 10 above, to remove the member from the space.
To go back to the member list page, click the Back button available at the top right of the screen, as shown in Figure 10 above.
Organization-wise List Page
If you have selected the option Organization in the General Settings, the organization-wise list page will come up, as shown in Figure 11 below.

All the verified organizations added to the bridge will be listed in a tabular format. All the visible organizations per page will be sorted by ‘Name’, ‘Email’, and ‘Mobile No’ by clicking the Sort Icon available on the table header, as shown in Figure 11 above.
Pending Verification
Click on the Pending Verification button available at the top right of the member list page, as shown in Figure 11 above, and you will be redirected to the pending verification list page, as shown in Figure 12 below.

Click on the checkbox associated with each member row, and the Resend Verification Email button will be visible, as shown in Figure 13 below. Click the Resend Verification Email button after selecting the members from the list, and the verification email will be sent to those members. To select all the members, click the checkbox available on the header row, as shown in Figure 13 below.

View Organization Details
Click on the View icon associated with each organization, as shown in Figure 11 above, and the organization's details page will open, as shown in Figure 14 below.

Click on the checkbox associated with each member row, and the Remove from the Space button will be visible, as shown in Figure 15 below. Click the Remove from the Space button after selecting the members from the list, and those members will be removed from the space. To select all the members, click the checkbox available on the header row, as shown in Figure 15 below.

Organization Member Pending Verification
Click on the Pending Verification button available at the top right of the organization details list page, as shown in Figure 14 above, and you will be redirected to the pending verification list page, as shown in Figure 16 below.

Click on the checkbox associated with each member row, and the Resend Verification Email button will be visible, as shown in Figure 17 below. Click the Resend Verification Email button after selecting the members from the list, and the verification email will be sent to those members. To select all the members, click the checkbox available on the header row, as shown in Figure 17 below.

Add Organization
Click on the Add Organization button available on the top right side of the screen, as shown in Figure 11 above, and the edit organization details page will open, as shown in Figure 18 below.

You can add the details below and click the Submit button to update the details, as shown in Figure 18 above, to add a new organization.
- Organization Name (Textbox - Mandatory): Name of the Organization
- Email (Textbox - Mandatory): Email ID of the Organization
- Industry Type (Multi-Select Box): Select the industry from the dropdown menu
- Mobile (Textbox - Mandatory): Mobile number of the Organization
- Address (Textbox - Mandatory): Address of the Organization
Edit Organization Details
Click on the Edit button available on the top right side of the screen, as shown in Figure 14 above, and the edit organization details page will open, as shown in Figure 19 below.

You can edit the details below and click the Submit button to update the details, as shown in Figure 18 above. The details that can be updated are:
- Organization Name (Textbox - Readonly Field): Name of the Organization
- Email (Textbox - Readonly Field): Email ID of the Organization
- Industry Type (Multi-Select Box): Select the industry from the dropdown menu
- Mobile (Textbox - Mandatory): Mobile number of the Organization

Adding an individual member to the organization is similar to adding individual member. Please refer to the Add Individual Member section of this article above.
Download Member Profile under Organization
Downloading an individual member profile inside the organization is similar to downloading individual member profile. Please refer to the Download Member Profile section of this article above.
View Member Profile under Organization
Viewing an individual member profile inside the organization is similar to viewing individual member profile. Please refer to the View Member Profile section of this article above.
View Product & Service Detail under Organization

Edit Individual Member Profile under Organization
