Configure Your Bridge Setting as a Tenant

As a Bridge Manager, you need to update the settings first. Click the Settings menu from the Manager Control Panel dashboard, as shown in Figure 1 above, and the settings page will open, as shown in Figure 2 below.

Currently, you will have six types of settings, as shown in Figure 2 above.
- General
- Match Tag
- Match Category
- Industry Category
- Wiki Settings
- Welcome Email Settings
General
Click on the General card, as shown in Figure 2 above, and you will be redirected to the General settings page, as shown in Figure 3 below.

You can edit the details below and click the Submit button to save the general settings for the particular Bridge, as shown in Figure 3 above. The details that can be updated are:
- Title (Textbox - Mandatory): Title of the Bridge
- Type (Single Select Box - Mandatory): Select the type of the Bridge
- Create Public Page (Radio Button - Mandatory): Select if you want a public page for the Bridge or not (If selected Yes, then the Handle textbox will appear)
- Association
- Company
- Group
- Type of Member (Radio Button - Mandatory): Select the member type as 'Individual' or 'Organization'
- Handle (Text box - Mandatory): Type your handle name for public view
- Display Email of Member (Radio Button - Mandatory): Select if you want to display the member's email ID or not
- Upload Icon (File Upload - Optional): Upload your handle logo or icon
As shown in Figure 3 above, click the Back icon at the top right of the screen to return to the settings main page.
Match Tag
Click on the Match Tag card, as shown in Figure 2 above, and you will be redirected to the Match Tag list page, as shown in Figure 4 below.

Add Match Tag
Click on the + Add Tag button available at the top of the screen, as shown in Figure 4 above, and you will be redirected to the match tag add page, as shown in Figure 5 below.

You can add your matching tags to the text box as shown above. To add multiple match tags at a time, click on the + Add One More Tag link just below the textbox, and enter the match tag in the textbox. Repeat the process till you have added all the match tags, and click the Submit button, as shown in Figure 5 above.
To return to the match tag list screen, click the Back icon at the top right of the screen, as shown in Figure 5 above.
Edit Match Tag
Click on the individual match tag Action link from the list page, as shown in Figure 4 above, and you will be redirected to the match tag edit page, as shown in Figure 6 below.

You can update the match tag and click the Submit button to save the changes, as shown in Figure 6 above.
Archive Match Tag
To archive a match tag, go to the edit page of that particular match tag and click the Archive this Tag button available at the bottom of the edit page, as shown in Figure 6 above.
Match Category
Click on the Match Category card, as shown in Figure 2 above, and you will be redirected to the Match Category list page, as shown in Figure 7 below.

Add Match Category
Click on the + Add Category button available at the top of the screen, as shown in Figure 7 above, and you will be redirected to the match category add page, as shown in Figure 8 below.

You can add the details below and click the Submit button to create a new match category, as shown in Figure 8 above.
- Match Category (Textbox - Mandatory): Title of the Match Category
- Display Offer & interest (Select Box - Mandatory): Select the options as 'Offer' and 'Interest'
- Display Organization on Public Page (Radio Button - Mandatory): Select 'Yes' if you want to show your organization name on the public page for the Bridge.
- Display Organization on Public Page (Radio Button - Mandatory): Select 'Yes' if you want to show your organization name on the public page for the Bridge.
- Member Display Setting (Select Box - Mandatory): There are two options, 'All' or 'Selected Match Category'. If you select 'Selected Match Category', then all the available match categories will be visible with a check box, and you can select the categories that you want.
To return to the match tag list screen, click the Back icon at the top right of the screen, as shown in Figure 8 above.
Edit Match Category
Click on the individual match category Action from the list page, as shown in Figure 7 above, and you will be redirected to the match category edit page, as shown in Figure 9 below.

You can update the match category and click the Submit button to save the changes, as shown in Figure 9 above.
Select Match Category
While adding or editing a particular match category, click on the Selected Match Category card, as shown in Figure 9 above, and all the match categories available will be displayed right to the card, as shown in Figure 10 below. Check or uncheck the checkbox associated with each match category as per your preference, and those members available in the selected match categories will be visible in this match category.

Archive Match Category
To archive a match category, go to the edit page of that particular match category and click the Archive this Category button available at the bottom of the edit page, as shown in Figure 9 above.
Industry Category
Click on the Industry Category card, as shown in Figure 2 above, and you will be redirected to the Industry Category list page, as shown in Figure 11 below.

Add Industry Category
Click on the + Add Category button available at the top of the screen, as shown in Figure 11 above, and you will be redirected to the industry category add page, as shown in Figure 12 below.

You can add the details below and click the Submit button to create a new industry category, as shown in Figure 12 above. To add multiple industry categories, click the + Add One More Category link just below the textbox and enter the industry category in the textbox. Repeat the process till you have added all the industry categories, and click the Submit button, as shown in Figure 12 above.
Edit Industry Category
Hover the industry category you want to edit, and the Edit icon will appear to the right side of the industry category, as shown in Figure 13 below.

Click on the Edit icon, as shown in Figure 13 above, and a pop-up screen will appear where you can edit the name of the industry category and also change the parent category, as shown in Figure 14 below.

Add Sub Industry Category
Hover the industry category where you want to add a new subcategory, and the Add icon will appear to the right side of the industry category, as shown in Figure 13 above.
Click on the Add icon, as shown in Figure 13 above, and a pop-up screen will appear where you can add the name of the new sub-industry category and also select the parent category, as shown in Figure 15 below.

To add a sub-sub industry category, follow the same steps as adding a sub-industry category.
Delete Industry Category
Hover the industry category you want to edit, and the Delete icon will appear to the right side of the industry category, as shown in Figure 13 above.
Click on the Delete icon, as shown in Figure 13 above, and a pop-up screen will appear. Upon confirmation, the industry category will be removed, as shown in Figure 16 below.

Wiki Settings
Click on the Wiki Settings card, as shown in Figure 2 above, and you will be redirected to the wiki settings page, as shown in Figure 17 below.

Currently, you can add three types of wikis. You can select the wiki type from the available types, 'Book', 'Documentation', or 'Course', and click the Submit button, as shown in Figure 17 above.
- Book: This wiki will display the content in book view. Here, the table of contents will be displayed on the left side of the Wiki List screen, and the individual wiki content on the right side of the screen
- Course: This wiki will display the content in a lesson-wise manner. Here, the chapters will be displayed on the left side of the Wiki List screen of a lesson, and the content will be on the right side of the screen
- Documentation: This wiki will display the content in a tabular format with version control. Here you can compare the changes between two versions of the wiki
NOTE: The Wiki Card will disappear from the Settings list page once you have added any wiki content inside the Wiki.
Welcome Email Settings
Click on the Welcome Email Settings card, as shown in Figure 2 above, and you will be redirected to the welcome email settings page, as shown in Figure 18 below.

You can add the content in the Paragraph Content box, as shown in Figure 18 above, which you want to be sent to the user when the manager sends the invitation to join the Bridge Space.
