                                                To have the website hosted for maximum availability and to be connected

                                        PROBLEM STATEMENTS
                                                The website needed regular updates and fresh content.
                                            
                                        
                                                Offline member communications must be brought into digital purview.
                                            
                                        
                                                The event management including registrations and broadcasting must be
                                                handled with ease.
                                            
                                        SOLUTION AND APPROACH
                                                        Initially, the website and the digital assets were migrated to
                                                        Batoi Cloud Platform, and an Open Source CMS was integrated.
                                                    
                                                
                                                        A Batoi CloudSpace channel was created for membership and event
                                                        management for the different offices of the customer
                                                        organisation.
                                                    
                                                
                                                        A Batoi Hub channel was created for publishing membership
                                                        communications and event news.
                                                    
                                                
                                                        Training sessions were conducted for the internal users of the
