Manage Tasks, Issues and Discussion Thread within Your Business Workflow
Click on the ‘Ticket’ button available in the View page of a Project in order to view the list of Tickets that have been added for the project as shown in Figure 1.

To add a Ticket, click on the ‘Add Ticket’ button as shown in Figure 2.

Select a Ticket Type from the dropdown menu as shown in Figure 3.

As seen in Figure 3, you can add three types of tickets namely Discussion, Issue and Task. Each of the following types have been discussed below.
Add a Ticket of Type 'Discussion'
To add a ticket of type discussion, click on the ‘Discussion’ link from the dropdown menu as shown in Figure 4.

There are two sections in the Add Discussion page namely 'Required Section' in which only the required fields will appear and the other one is 'Advanced Section' in which the fields which are not required will appear. If you want to fill information also in the 'Advanced Section' then click on the 'Advanced' link as shown in Figure 5.

In the 'Add Discussion' page as shown in Figure 5, fill in the following information. Each step shown in Figure 5 is explained in the below table.

Once you are done with, click on the 'Submit' button as shown in Figure 5 to save your information.
Add a Ticket of Type 'Issue'
To add a ticket of type Issue, click on the 'Issue' link from the dropdown menu as shown in Figure 6.

There are two sections in the Add Issue page namely 'Required Section' in which only the required fields will appear and the other one is 'Advanced Section' in which the fields which are not required will appear. If you want to fill information also in the 'Advanced Section' then click on the 'Advanced' link as shown in Figure 7.

In the 'Add Issue' page as shown in Figure 7, fill in the following information. Each step shown in Figure 7 is explained in the below table.

Once you are done with, click on the 'Submit' button as shown in Figure 7 to save your information.
Add a Ticket of Type 'Task'
To add a ticket of type Task, click on the 'Task' link from the dropdown menu as shown in Figure 8.

There are two sections in the Add Task page namely 'Required Section' in which only the required fields will appear and the other one is 'Advanced Section' in which the fields which are not required will appear. If you want to fill information also in the 'Advanced Section' then click on the 'Advanced' link as shown in Figure 9.

In the 'Add Task' page as shown in Figure 9, fill in the following information. Each step shown in Figure 9 is explained in the below table.

Once you are done with, click on the 'Submit' button as shown in Figure 9 to save your information.
Add Multiple Tickets of Type 'Task'
To add multiple tickets of type Task, click on the ‘Multiple Tasks’ link from the dropdown menu as shown in Figure 10.

In the 'Add Multiple Tasks' page as shown in Figure 11, fill in the following information about a Project. Each step shown in Figure 11 is explained in the below table.

Once you are done with, click on the 'Submit' button as shown in Figure 11. You can then see that the newly added tasks are now available on the list page for 'Tickets'.
Import Tasks from a Spreadsheet
To import tasks from a spreadsheet, click on the Import Tasks from Spreadsheet link as shown in Figure 12.

In the 'Import Task' page click on ‘Download Sample File’ to download and view the sample file with multiple tasks as shown in Figure 13.

Once you fill in your task data in the sample spreadsheet, browse to select the spreadsheet from your device and click on the 'Import' button as shown in Figure 14.

Once you import the file, all the field values as extracted from the file and other mandatory fields are displayed to you for filling in/editing as shown in Figure 15.

Clicking on the '+ Add More' button will add a new row where you can fill in the information about one more Task. Clicking on the 'Close' button appearing against each row will remove the row.
Once you are done with, click on the 'Submit' button as shown in Figure 15. You can then see that the newly added Projects are now available on the list page for 'Tickets'
.View the Details of a Ticket
To view the details of a ticket, click on the 'View' icon as shown in Figure 16.

Add Log for a Ticket
To add a log for a ticket, click on ‘Add Log’ button as shown in Figure 17.

In the Add Log page fill in all the details and click on the ‘Submit’ button as shown in Figure 18. Each step shown in Figure 18 is explained in the below table.

Filter Tickets
To apply a filter to view selected Tickets, click on the 'Filter' button as shown in Figure 19.
Then enter or select values for the respective fields appearing in the 'Filter Ticket’ window and click on the 'Filter' button as shown in Figure 20. In this screen you can also find a list of fields related to Ticket. There is a checkbox against each field name. Check the fields which you want to be available in the downloadable spreadsheet.

To view the Tasks added for a Project in a Gantt chart, click on the 'Gantt Chart' button shown in Figure 21. Each step shown in Figure 21 is explained in the below table.

Download Tickets
