Manage Your Contacts


This article explains how to manage your Contacts using the Contact app on Batoi CloudSpace.

Login to your Batoi Account and click and choose one CloudSpace as shown in Figure 1.

Click on the App Drawer icon as shown in Figure 2.

From the App Drawer select Contact as shown in Figure 3.

Click on the 'Add Contact' button as shown in Figure 4.

Fill in the requisite information in the 'Add Contact' page and click on the 'Save' button as shown in Figure 5. Each step shown in Figure 5 is explained in the below table.

Edit the Details of a Contact

On the view page of a contact, click on the 'Edit Contact' button as shown in Figure 6.

Edit the information as required and once you are done with click on the 'Save' button as shown in Figure 7.

Archive a Contact

To archive a contact, click on the 'Archive Contact' button as shown in Figure 8.

Click on the 'Proceed' button to mark the status of the Contact as Archived as shown in Figure 9.

Filter Contacts

To apply a filter to view selected contacts, click on the 'Filter' button as shown in Figure 10.

Then enter or select values for the respective fields appearing in the 'Filter Contact' window and click on the 'Filter' button as shown in Figure 11. In this screen you can also find a list of fields related to Contacts. There is a checkbox against each field name. Check the fields that you want to be available in the downloadable spreadsheet.

Download List of Contacts

To download the complete list of 'Contacts' added for your Organization into a spreadsheet, click on the 'Download' button as shown in Figure 12.

Add Multiple Contacts

To add multiple contacts, click on the 'Add Multiple Contacts' link from the dropdown menu as shown in Figure 13.

In the 'Add Multiple Contacts' page as shown in Figure 14, fill in the following information about a Product. Each step shown in Figure 14 is explained in the below table. After you are done with adding the contacts, click on the 'Submit' button.

Import Contacts from a Spreadsheet

Click on the 'Import Contacts from Spreadsheet' link from the dropdown menu as shown in Figure 15.

In the 'Import Contact' page click on 'Download Sample File to download and view the sample file with multiple contacts as shown in Figure 16.

Once you fill in your contact data in the sample spreadsheet, browse to select the spreadsheet from your device and click on the 'Import' button as shown in Figure 17.

Once you import the file, all the field values as extracted from the file and other mandatory fields are displayed to you for filling in/editing as shown in Figure 18.

Clicking on the '+ Add More' button will add a new row where you can fill in the information about one more Contact. Clicking on the 'Close' button appearing against each row will remove the row.

Once you are done with, click on the 'Submit' button as shown in Figure 18. You can then see that the newly added Contacts are now available on the list page for 'Contacts'.
