Managing Organization-wide Schedules
View the Schedules for Your Projects
To view all the Schedules for your 'Projects', follow the steps as mentioned below.
In the menu bar, click on the 'Sidebar Menu' icon. Then click on the 'Manage Projects' menu and then click on the 'Schedules' sub menu as shown in Figure 1.
You will then land on the Schedule Page displaying all the 'Schedules' in a Calendar View that have been added in different Projects as shown in Figure 2. In the Schedule Page, you can see a set of buttons in the toolbar. Each step shown in Figure 2 is explained in the below table.

View Schedules in a List View
Clicking the 'List View' button on the Schedules List page allows you to view the details of all the 'Schedules' in a List View as shown in Figure 3.
Download List of Schedules
To download the complete list of 'Schedules' added for your Organization, click on the 'Download' button as shown in Figure 4.
Upon doing so, the 'Download Schedule to Excel Sheet' pop-up window will appear with two buttons 'Proceed' and 'Cancel' as shown in Figure 5 in which a list of fields related to Schedule will be available and there will be a checkbox against each field name. Check the fields which you want to be downloaded and then click on the 'Proceed' button to download the list of Schedules otherwise click on the 'Cancel' button.
