Reviewing the Details of an Organisational User
In the details page of an 'Organisational User', you can see a set of buttons in the toolbar. Each step shown in Figure 1 is explained in the below table.

||Click to edit the organisational user|
||Click to view the payroll schema of the organisational user|
||Click to archive the organisational user|
||The details of the organisational user with the name of the organisational unit to which the user has been added|
||The address and additional details of the organisational user|
||All the latest activities will be displayed in the widget|
Edit Organisational User
Click on the 'Edit User' button as shown in Figure 2.
Edit the requisite information in the 'Edit Organisational User' screen and click on the 'Submit' button to save your edits as shown in Figure 3.
Click on the 'Payroll Schema' button to view the payroll schema of the Organisational User as shown in Figure 4.
Upon doing so, the Payroll Schema for the Organisational User will appear as shown in Figure 5. The details regarding Managing Payroll Schema for an Organisational User has been explained in the 'Payroll' Section.
Archive Organisational User
Click on the 'Archive User' button as shown in Figure 6.
Upon doing so, the 'Archive User' pop-up window with the buttons 'Proceed' and 'Cancel' will appear with a user message as shown in Figure 7. Click on the 'Proceed' button to archive the User. Click on the 'Cancel' button to close the pop-up window.
Click on the 'All' link from the Latest Activities widget to view the list page of 'Activities' as shown in Figure 8.
