Reviewing Customer Organisation Details

This article gives the detailed information on how you can view all the details related to your customer organisation and the activities done using Batoi Apps Cloud.

In the details page of a 'Customer Organisation', you can see a set of buttons in the toolbar with the Organisation details as shown in Figure 1. Each step shown in Figure 1 is explained in the below table.

Sl. No. Name Description
1 Customer Organisation Name The name of the customer organisation with other details
2 Payments Click to view the list of payments the customer organisation is linked to
3 Sales Click to view the list of sales enquiries the customer organisation is linked to
4 Orders Click to view the list of orders the customer organisation is linked to
5 Projects Click to view the list of projects the customer organisation is linked to
6 Users Click to view the list of users present in the customer organisation
7 Tickets Click to view the list of tickets the customer organisation is linked to
8 Latest Activities All the latest activities of the organisation will auto-populate here
9 Back Use this button to return to the list page of customer organisations
10 Edit Organisation Click to edit the details of the customer organisation
11 Archive Organisation Click to archive the customer organisation

Clicking on the 'Payments' button from the Customer Organisation details page will open up the list page of 'Payments' as shown in Figure 2.

In the list page of 'Payments', you can view the list of Payments the Customer Organisation is linked to as shown in Figure 3. For more details about 'Payments', refer to the 'Payments' Module.

Clicking on the 'Sales' button from the Customer Organisation details page will open up the list page of 'Enquiry' as shown in Figure 4.

In the list page of 'Enquiry', you can view the list of Sales Enquiries the Customer Organisation is linked to. By clicking on the 'Reset' button as shown in Figure 5, you will be redirected to the 'Enquiry' Module. For more details about 'Enquiries', refer to the 'Enquiry' Module.

Clicking on the 'Orders' button from the Customer Organisation details page will open up the list page of 'Orders' as shown in Figure 6.

In the list page of 'Orders', you can view the list of Orders the Customer Organisation is linked to. By clicking on the 'Reset' button as shown in Figure 7, you will be redirected to the 'Orders' Module. For more details about 'Orders', refer to the 'Orders' Module.

Clicking on the 'Projects' button from the Customer Organisation details page will open up the list page of 'Projects' as shown in Figure 8.

In the list page of 'Projects', you can view the list of Projects the Customer Organisation is linked to. By clicking on the 'Reset' button as shown in Figure 9, you will be redirected to the 'Projects' Module. For more details about 'Projects', refer to the 'Projects' Module.

Click on the 'Users' button from the Customer Organisation details page to view the list of Users linked with this Organisation as shown in Figure 10.

Upon doing so, you can view the list of Users the Customer Organisation is linked to. By clicking on the 'Reset' button as shown in Figure 11, you will be redirected to the 'People' Module. For more details, refer to the 'People' Module.

Clicking on the 'All' link from the Tickets widget will open up the list page of 'Tickets' as shown in Figure 12.

In the list page of 'Tickets', you can view the list of Tickets the Customer Organisation is linked to. By clicking on the 'Reset' button as shown in Figure 13, you will be redirected to the 'Tickets' Module. For more details about 'Tickets', refer to the 'Tickets' Module.

Clicking on the 'All' link from the Latest Activities widget opens the list page of 'Activities' as shown in Figure 14.

In the list page of 'Activities', you can view all the activities done by the Customer Organisation as shown in Figure 15.

Edit Customer Organisation

To edit a Customer Organisation, click on the 'Edit Organisation' button present in the toolbar as shown in Figure 16.

Edit the requisite information in the 'Edit Customer' pop-up window and click on the 'Submit' button to save your edits as shown in Figure 17.

Archive Customer Organisation

To archive a Customer Organisation, click on the 'Archive Organisation' button present in the toolbar as shown in Figure 18.

Upon doing so, the 'Archive Customer' pop-up window with the buttons 'Proceed' and 'Cancel' will appear with a user message as shown in Figure 19. Click on the 'Proceed' button to archive the Organisation. Click on the 'Cancel' button to close the pop-up window.
