Composing a Message

This article explains how you can communicate easily with your team members by composing a message.

Using the 'Message' function you can communicate within the Organization. In the 'Compose Message' page as shown in Figure 1, fill in the following information. Each step shown in Figure 1 is explained in the below table.

1 User(s) Required Select the users to whom you would like to send the message from the auto suggest multi-select box
2 Subject Required Enter the subject
3 Message Optional Enter the message
4 Attach File Optional Select a file if you want to attach. Click on '+ Add More' link to attach more file.
5 Save as Draft Optional Check this, if you want to save this message as a draft
Once you are done with, click on the 'Submit' button as shown in Figure 1 to send the Message.
