Microsoft Aspire School Program (MASP) is the flagship Program of Microsoft for schools, to modernize campuses, drive transformation for enhanced learning experience and for preparing future ready students. This Program enables schools to have access to the latest Microsoft technologies and global education resources.
The school should have essential infrastructure for computing and electronic communication. There has to be a computer lab with minimum 40 PCs running Windows Operating System and adequate internet connectivity. Apart from this there is no special requirement for a school to apply for MASP.
A school intending to enroll for MASP should fill the application form for the purpose at https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/campaign/masp/default.aspx. Primary Contact details including Windows Live ID (For ex. Hotmail or Outlook) are needed to complete the form fill up process. After that the payment needs to be made to Batoi. (Please contact Batoi Support Desk for pricing and other commercials).
Microsoft then approves the payment and the form with an acknowledgement sent to the Primary Contact. Then the Primary Contact needs to sign electronically by logging in with his/her Windows Live ID as mentioned above to complete the registration in MASP.
After the completion of the registration Microsoft will directly send all applicable license keys, associated details and information about all value added benefits included in MASP.

It also helps the school campus being modernized, drives transformation for enhanced learning experience and prepares future ready students. The school gets recognition as an MASP school and gets Marketing PR Asset Support.
Teachers get access to Microsoft empowered Teacher Sessions and avail requisite ICT tools and technology for teaching in the classroom.
Students get access to cutting edge Microsoft software products, developer skills curriculum and Microsoft Student Associate engagement.
Any and every student can access and use MASP products as suitable and advised by their teachers.
A well-equipped computer lab with 40 PCs running Windows software is needed to run MASP. Moreover, adequate internet connectivity should be available at the campus along with requisite audio-visual tools to access Microsoft learning resources and webinars online.
Microsoft will intimate the school regarding the schedules of the Teachers Training Program. It is usually held twice a month free of cost and the content is delivered online. Teachers who are approved by the school authority can register for the Program.

The school will receive recognition as MASP school whereas teachers and students will find requisite resources to attempt and receive certifications from Microsoft.
MASP is valid for one year from the date of registration. The Program needs to be renewed annually with appropriate payment to Batoi and a few simple steps of compliance for the purpose.
Once the application formalities are completed, the Program will be initiated in a couple of weeks.
For all commercials you will be coordinating with Batoi. You will receive invoices, receipts and renewal notices from Batoi. Microsoft may also intimate you for renewal additionally. But all commercial transactions should be done through Batoi.
