It gives an immense pleasure for the team at Batoi at Bhubaneswar for the first phase of cloud implementation at a leading public school in the locality. Mother's Public School, has become the first public school in the state of Odisha to implement this. The solution from Batoi has been provided in association with Microsoft under MASP (Microsoft Aspire School Program), the flagship Program for schools. The solution has been deployed in the school to enable teachers and the students to leverage the benefits.
As a part of Batoi's three-stage cloud implementation programme, the first of the process involves requisite hardware, software and network infrastructure within the campus and awareness imparted to the users, who will be directly engaged to use such infrastructure.
Usually, the next step for any organization or educational institution will be to streamline their data management procedures and workflow handling through a robust and agile cloud-based platform.
Mature organisations having fulfilled the first two stages may go to the third stage of availing deep insight into data and to draw upon a strategy to model generated data for visualization and effective decision making.
On the eve of the completion of implementation of MASP, the team of Batoi conducted an awareness training camp spanning over an hour within the school campus.
"It is our goal at Mother's Public School to be a leader in automation and IT enabled educational and operational processes. We want all our teachers and students to be digitally connected for easy dissemination of information and collaboration. Subscribing to MASP is a step towards that goal. Batoi is our partner in implementing MASP at our school and we are extremely happy with their patience and support. We expect to expand the program to our other campuses over the coming months," said Ms. Poly Patnaik, Principal, Mother's Public School.
