Sales represents any Person or Organization that you might have the potential to do business with.
To add an 'Enquiry', follow the steps as mentioned below:
|Currently, both Tenant Admin and Organizational User(s) can add Enquiry for an Organization.|
In the menu bar, click on the 'Sidebar Menu' icon. Upon doing so, the menus available in the Batoi eSuite will be displayed. Click on the 'Manage Sales' menu and then click on the 'Enquiry' sub menu as shown in Figure 1.
Upon doing so, the list page for 'Enquiry' containing the details of all the 'Enquiries' those have been currently added for your Organization will be displayed as shown in Figure 2. Each step shown in Figure 2 is explained in the below table.

To manually add one 'Enquiry', click on the '+' button as shown in Figure 3. Then click on 'Add Enquiry' link from the fly-out menu.
Upon doing so, the 'Select Organizational Unit' pop-up window with two buttons 'Proceed' and 'Cancel' will appear with a drop-down list to select an Organizational Unit for which the Enquiry is being added as shown in Figure 4.After selecting the Organizational Unit, the 'Add Enquiry' page will appear.
To add multiple Enquiries, click on the '+' button. Then click on 'Add Multiple Enquiry' link from the fly-out menu as shown in Figure 5.
To import 'Enquiries' from Spreadsheet, click on 'Import Enquiry from Spreadsheet' link from the fly-out menu in the list page of 'Enquiry' as shown in Figure 6.
Upon doing so, the 'Import Enquiry' pop-up window will appear as shown in Figure 7. Click on the 'Download Sample File' link to download the sample '.xlsx' file to your local system.
In the sample file, the first row should be the column headers. The next three rows from the file contain the sample data.
Once you have the necessary data in the Spreadsheet, you can choose the file by clicking the 'Choose File' button and import the file by clicking on the 'Import' button as shown in Figure 7.
To download the complete list of 'Enquiries' added for your Organization, click on the 'Download' button as shown in Figure 8.
Upon doing so, the 'Download Enquiry to Excel Sheet' pop-up window will appear with two buttons 'Proceed' and 'Cancel' as shown in Figure 9 in which a list of fields related to Enquiry will be available and there will be a checkbox against each field name. Check the fields which you want to be downloaded and then click on the 'Proceed' button to download the list of Enquiries otherwise click on the 'Cancel' button.
To apply a filter to view selected records of Enquiry, click on the 'Filter' button as shown in Figure 10.
Then enter or select values in their respective fields in the 'Filter Enquiry' pop-up window and click on the 'Filter' button as shown in Figure 11.
To view the details of an 'Enquiry', click on the 'View Enquiry' button as appearing against each Enquiry in the list page of Enquiry as shown in Figure 12.
