SHANTiDHAM FOUNDATION is a Non Profit making voluntary Organisation, carrying out different developmental activities for the last 17 years for the underprivileged sections of society. Since its inception, the emphasis was given on the holistic of development of the community people.

It is a grass-roots level organization working in Odisha as well as PAN India for various projects. During this year the organization tried to contribute its bit for the development of the rural and weaker groups. The organisation is actively organising Health Camp and Blood donation camp in Statewise for the needy people at the time of their needs. The organization has supported the State Govt. and private hospitals for Organ donation of the declared brain dead patients for the betterment of the needy people to get a new life.

Seeing the sheer and fervor of different genre in various National talent hunt, SHANTIDHAM FOUNDATION had taken an initiation in India by creating unique platform “JHOOM INDIA”, which is a unique “National Level Talent Hunt”, FIRST OF ITS KIND IN INDIA from the spectrum of special groups of the Society across the country to showcase their skills. Talent includes Dance, Song, Speed Painting, Acting, Mimicry and provide placement assistance through “JOB FAIR”, a step ahead for the underprivileged (Orphans, PWDs, Transgenders, and Slum Children (BPL) NATIONWIDE.

Started an e-commerce platform for selling of handicrafts products of the underprivileged through national e-sellers. Further, developed a Mobile App - SF for the registration of different programmes for the underprivileged for their betterment.

“SAMARTH” is an annual National Magazine for the underprivileged (Orphans, PwDs, Slum CHILDREN (BPL) & Transgenders, where their stories will be placed which will be distributed nationally to all the sectors.

I take this opportunity to thank the people and organizations that we are associated with the organization for undertaking the programmes successfully. At the outset, I express my sincere thanks to Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India, SSEPD Department, Govt. of Odisha, Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), NIEPVD, Dehradun and SVNIRTAR, Odisha, EZCC, Culture Department, Govt. of India and National School of Drama, Culture Department, Govt. of India, SBI, PPL, PPT and different Govt. departments of different states of India, District Administrations for their active co-operation in implementing the projects. I am also thankful to various Schools/Organisations from the different parts of India, district and Block-level officials, who helped the organization. Last, but not the least, the small but dedicated staff of the organization deserves a special mention for without their active co-operation the organization would not have achieved this result. I am thankful to them.

Having said that, I expect all these people and organizations will continue to extend their helping hand to the organization in the future also.

I personally thank and feel honored to all the associated and supporting partners, who stood firmly behind with their supporting hands, thus making JHOOM INDIA & JOB FAIR a grand success for the betterment of the weaker section of the society.
