You can scan or upload files from desktops or mobile devices through a secure login. The files and scanned documents may be organised into different folders and may be accessed with different views and with the search tool.

Each role in the software system can be offered with a unique and relevant Dashboard with appropriate notifications of activities appearing on the top taskbar of the FileManager App.

Access the App through a secure login (for each user). The Admin (primary user from the customer side) can create different roles and associate those with different functionalities of the App. Then the Admin can assign a 'role' as appropriate to any of the users.
Use files within organisational functions like sales, projects, HR and operations. The files tab within a function may be viewed and managed by users (with appropriate ‘roles’). Files in such situations honour the workflows in respective functions and the integrity requirements of an electronic record.
