Batoi is looking to add two to three professionals having a background of information technologies and excellent communication skills into its Support Team at Bhubaneswar.
The person should be familiar with customer relationship management and have experience in technology management. The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to connect with people online and in-person.
- Provide customer support for Batoi products and services.
- Connect with blogging and other social media activities for the company.
- Organise events and training programmes for the company.
- Create and drive revenue and customer growth for the company.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- M.Tech/B.Tech/MCA along with preferably an MBA degree from a reputed institute with at least 2 years of professional experience.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of spoken Odia and Hindi will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapidly changing technology environment.
